β° Time Check: Woke up feeling a bit groggy after about 4.5 hours of sleep. I used earplugs to block out noise, and my body naturally woke me up without alarms. Weighed myself today β a little gain but nothing to stress over. Itβs all about consistency and staying on track.

- ποΈ Gym Session β Planned a leg day, focusing on squats and overall strength.
