🌅 A Rough Start to the Day

Time Check: 5:05 AM – Running late for work, not majorly, but I was cutting it close. By the time I got there, it was 5:52 AM, leaving no time for reading before my shift.

😴 Sleep Report:

  • Woke up at 4:35 AM, meaning I only had 4.5 hours of sleep.
  • Knew I wasn’t making it to the gym—so I made today an unplanned rest day.
  • First rest day in a while, so I’ll jump back in tomorrow.

🎯 Key Focus for Today:

  • 💼 Work mode ON – Needed to refocus and be productive.
  • 🎧 Listen to my podcast – Tim Ferriss Show before work.
  • 🎸 Guitar & reading as soon as I get home.
  • 🏃 Do some sort of exercise, even if it’s just elliptical instead of a run.
  • 🤖 AI Summary for YouTube uploads – Noticed blog traffic increasing but needed to automate the summaries for efficiency.
  • 🛂 Print passport documents – Prepping everything for upcoming travel.

🔥 Gratitude for the Day:

  • 🥡 Past me for prepping my lunchbox – Saved me from rushing in the morning.
  • 🍽️ Leftovers are MVPs – Grabbed cooked pork from the fridge, packed my food in under 30 seconds.

💀 Falling Asleep at Work & Gut Problems

By 7:40 AM, I was already wrecked. The lack of sleep hit HARD, and I ended up:

Despite feeling completely dead, I got home and thought:

  • 🔥 Didn’t stop to walk once.

Didn’t sh*t myself. Absolute victory.
