π Waking Up Late & Adjusting the Plan
β° Time Check: 12:09 PM β A late start today, but for a good reason. Stayed up until 4 AM last night, fine-tuning my XP leveling system. It was one of those nights where I got so caught up in progress tracking, I just couldnβt stop.
π― Whatβs on the agenda today?
- ποΈ Gym first β Pull day training session.
- π Run immediately after gym β I seem to run better after lifting, so Iβll go with that flow.
- π Spa & Anime session β Recovery time while watching Black Clover.
- π½οΈ Family dinner later tonight β Spending time with everyone.
- πΈ Guitar & Reading β Got to stay consistent.
π‘ Mindset shift: Even though I started late, thereβs no rush today. Everything will get done at my own pace.
ποΈ Gym Session β Pool Day Focus
Arrived at the gym around 2 PM, ready to lift some heavy weight despite the lack of sleep.
Workout Breakdown:
- πͺ Single-Arm Machine Low Rows β 4 sets (felt strong, pushed heavier weight than expected).
- ποΈ Close-Grip Lat Pulldowns β 4 sets (worked up to 47.3kg).
- π₯ Incline Back Raises (New Addition) β 3 sets with a 15kg dumbbell.
- ποΈ Rear Delt Flys & 45Β° Cable Pull-Throughs β 3 sets each.
- πͺ Bicep Curls & Rope Hammer Curls β 3 sets each (last set was a drop set).
- π Treadmill Run: 3KM in 19:50 minutes β Started at 10km/h, dropped to 8km/h, then finished strong at 10.5km/h.
π₯ Takeaway: I wasnβt feeling 100%, but I still managed to push through and hit my targets.
π₯ Post-Workout Nutrition & Recovery
After finishing the workout, I calculated my calories for the day and realized I was sitting at 1,610 kcal.

- π₯© 700g of Salmon β High protein but got tired of eating it toward the end.
- π₯€ Protein Shake β Quick post-workout recovery.
- π₯ Family Dinner (Nachos & Salad) β Took it easy on the chips due to my sensitive teeth, swapped extra salad instead.
πΈ Guitar, Reading & Evening Reflection
- πΈ 20 minutes of guitar β Played outside on the back patio, watching the sunset. Beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful.
- π 15 minutes of reading β Still pushing toward my next XP milestone.
- π§Ή Cleaned & Organized My Room β Finally packed away three loads of laundry and set up my gym bag for tomorrow.
π XP Tracking & Level Adjustments
π Total XP Progress (Jan 1 – Feb 19):
- β Gym: 27.36 hours (Iron Novice Rank 1 confirmed).
- β Guitar: 9.34 hours (Almost at Wandering Bard Rank 1).
- β Reading: 7.76 hours (Close to Apprentice Scholar Rank 1).
- β Running: Still improving consistency.
π‘ Adjustment Needed: My gym XP is progressing faster than my reading & guitar XP. Might need to increase the XP requirement for weightlifting to balance things out.
π Looking Ahead: Plans & Next Steps
- π Adjust sleep schedule β I wonβt be hitting the gym in the morning since I need to reset my cycle.
- π More elliptical work β Less impact on my knees, which have been feeling the effects of running.
- π Plan my Python coding session β Need to start learning automation tools to streamline XP tracking.
- π More consistent fiber intake β Still not taking it regularly, and I need to fix that.

Despite the late start, I still got everything doneβgym, running, reading, guitar, and family time. My XP tracking system is paying off, and itβs keeping me motivated.
